We headed over to Bear Lake for our annual 4th of July trip. Fireworks on the lake, who could ask for more! Stella loved the fireworks and the lake. On our way home we stopped at Tony Grove to see the sights.

Ryan surprised me with Stella, our newest addition to the family. Stella is a 5 month old Yorkie. She is very sweet and loved very much!

Portland

Ryan and I went to Portland a few weeks ago to visit Cody and Tennille. Of course our first stop was Vodoo Doughnuts, a Portland must! Ryan loved the maple bacon doughnut while I favored the fruit loops and oreo doughnuts. A few of our fun stops included Twilight filming locations, a trip to the Sturgeon fish farm, and a day spent in Seattle at Pikes Place Market. Portland is beautiful!

Well we just got back from visiting our FAVORITE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD,


and they introduced us to our FAVORITE STORE IN THE WORLD.



Unfortunately this combination contributed to our LEAST FAVORITE SMELL IN THE WORLD...

Sick Day

Lindsey and I both came down with the swine flu about a week ago. We have since recovered, but it was touch and go for a little while. I think the real loser in the whole situation was the toilet. It got some pretty serious abuse that day. I'm pretty sure that we both ended up on there at the same time once... you know... kinda like when two kids ride a swing.

5 or 6 days after they dug the hole for the foundation.

3 weeks into construction.

So they are building our house pretty fast. This is what it looked like 3 weeks after they started construction. Not bad eh.
